Youth orchestra plays to library's largest audience

COUNTRYSIDE -
Members of the Tampa Bay Golden Strings Youth Orchestra, under the direction of Eden Vaning-Rosen, presented a children's concert program to an audience of more than 250 guests (195 of these, children) at the Countryside Public Library in Clearwater June 22.

The children were treated to patriotic and dance music, with a rousing rendition of Rocky Top for the finale.

Ron Raichle, nationally known for recording kids group, The Minnesota Kids, appeared as a special guest artist.

Julie Hudson, director of the children's section of the Countryside Library stated that this event brought far and away the highest attendance in the history of the Library and is looking forward to additional performances by The Golden Strings Youth Orchestra.
